Stellarosa Havana Browns evaluates prospective homes with the welfare of our cats and kittens in mind and may approve or decline applications subject to applicable law.
RESERVATIONS
A kitten is considered reserved only after Stellarosa has confirmed the reservation and all applicable reservation requirements have been satisfied.
These may include approval of the prospective home, acceptance of applicable written terms, receipt of any required reservation fee or deposit, and written confirmation from Stellarosa.
Do not consider a kitten reserved solely because you have submitted an application, expressed interest, or sent an unsolicited payment.
DEPOSITS AND RESERVATION FEES
The amount, purpose, refundability, transferability, and application of any deposit or reservation fee are governed by the written terms presented for the particular transaction.
Prospective purchasers should review those terms before submitting payment.
PRICING
Prices may vary based upon the individual cat or kitten, placement type, contractual terms, transportation arrangements, and other relevant factors.
A price displayed on the website does not create a binding sales agreement unless incorporated into a confirmed transaction or written agreement.
HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT
Stellarosa makes reasonable efforts to raise healthy, well-socialized Havana Brown kittens and provide accurate information concerning their health and care.
Cats are living animals, however, and no breeder can guarantee every aspect of an animal’s future health, development, temperament, appearance, fertility, size, or longevity.
Any health guarantee provided by Stellarosa is governed exclusively by the written purchase agreement applicable to the individual kitten or cat.
APPEARANCE
Kitten photographs represent the animal at a particular point in its development.
Coat appearance, eye color, body proportions, facial characteristics, and other physical traits may change as a kitten matures.
Photography, lighting, monitors, and display settings can also affect color reproduction.
VETERINARY CARE
